To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mujoko, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners (collectively “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site, products, or services, or from any errors, omissions, defects, interruptions, delays, or failures. This includes damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, Released Parties are not liable for: damages from product use or inability to use; unauthorized access or alteration of data; conduct of third parties; or events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, carrier failures, or technical disruptions.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Mujoko for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Mujoko products are designed for general active use, including yoga, fitness, and casual wear. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages from improper use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or hazardous activities. You use our products at your own risk and assume responsibility for proper usage.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free Site operation, accurate product representation, or error‑free service. All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
This Limitation of Liability is integral to these terms and applies to all claims arising from your relationship with Mujoko. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
