We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged products within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be in their original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt to verify eligibility.
 
Return requests must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at business@mujokotoba.com. In your message, include your order number, full name, contact information, the reason for the return, and photos of the product and packaging if applicable. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not return items without prior approval, as unauthorized shipments may be refused or delayed.
 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as defective merchandise, incorrect items shipped, or order fulfillment mistakes. In such cases, we will cover return shipping fees and provide a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement upon verification. We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 30‑day timeline and condition requirements as returns. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact customer support to coordinate the exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error.
 
Products are considered defective if they have material or manufacturing flaws that affect normal use.
